This website (hereinafter “Website”) for Alumni, “NTUA – Alumni Website”, is operated by the National Technical University of Athens, with the purpose of informing, networking, and facilitating communication among the members of the alumni community (hereinafter “NTUA”).
The Website provides information on the activities, events, and initiatives of the NTUA Alumni Association, as well as opportunities for communication and networking among members of the alumni community.

Use of the Alumni Platform
Visitors and users of the website are obliged to use its services and content responsibly and with respect for the framework of legality, decency, and integrity. Posting, publishing, or transmitting any material that may be considered offensive, defamatory, misleading, unlawfully obtained, or contrary to applicable law is strictly prohibited.

NTUA reserves the right to amend or update these Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice to users. For this reason, visitors and registered users are advised to consult the Terms of Use regularly in order to stay informed of any changes or additions. In the event of material changes, NTUA may issue a relevant notification via the website or by email. Continued use of the website following any amendments constitutes unconditional acceptance of the new terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Greek law. Any dispute or disagreement arising in connection with the interpretation, application, or validity of these terms, including any claims arising from use of the platform, shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Athens. Users unconditionally accept the jurisdiction and competence of said courts for all related proceedings.
In the event that any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be modified to the extent required to render it lawful and enforceable, without affecting the validity of the remaining terms, which shall continue to apply and bind the parties.
Use of the platform by visitors and registered users implies full acceptance of this legal framework and of the jurisdiction of the Greek courts, thereby ensuring a uniform and clear legal environment for all transactions and interactions taking place through the website.
